We regret to inform you that returns are not accepted. We take immense pride in crafting the finest quality coconut candle products. Each candle is delicately handcrafted, minor discrepancies are to be expected but should not hinder the quality of the scent. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase.

Earrings are final sale: Earrings are final sale as they are considered intimate items. Once they have been worn, they can not be returned. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package/ and or purchasing product at vendor markets to address your concern.

Refund / Store credit Policy: Azul Bahia offers store credit / gift card

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund your jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date of delivery/ and or purchase at vendor markets to initiate a refund request.

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for the refund request. Kindly allow up to 48 hours for a response. Once your request is approved, we will provide you a return authorization #. (original shipment cost will not be credited unless considered a defective item).

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or defective item.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Processing Time: As a small business, we appreciate your patience. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in store credit / gift card form. Please contact us if you have concerns.

  • Non-Refundable Items: After undergoing a quality control inspection, our products will be assessed to determine if they have been mishandled. If it is determined that they are not eligible for a refund, we will promptly inform you of the decision.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.
